The AMD Ryzen 7 4700U is an upper mid-range processor for thin and light laptops. The 8 core 8 thread processor is based on the AMD Renoir Zen 2 architecture is manufactured on a 7 nm process by TSMC. With a base clock of 2 GHz and a boost clock of 4.1 GHz and a TDP of 15 Watts but can vary anywhere from 10 to 25 watts. The 8 core APU comes with integrated Vega 7 graphics and supports DDR4-3200 and Low power LPDDR4-4266 RAM.

Ports

The HP Envy x360 13-AY0135AU laptop has a very interesting I/O layout. Even though its profile is really thin, there are two USB Type-A 3.2 (Gen. 1) ports. On the right, there is the charging plug and a MicroSD card reader.

Display quality

HP Envy x360 13-AY0135AU is equipped with a Full HD IPS touchscreen panel. Its diagonal is 13.3-inch and the resolution 1920 х 1080p.
